VEGGETTI DEHYDRATOR Yonanas SPIRALIZER

Green Milk
5-6 Bananas (ripe spotted peeled) or 8 oz Dates (pitted soaked)
1-2 C Baby Leafy Greens (ie: arugula, spinach, kale) or 1-2 Celery stalk (chopped)
1-2 T Seeds or Nuts (ie: walnuts, flax, hemp, brazil-nuts) (ground)
Water (to fill blender)
Blend. Enjoy!

Fruit Milk

1/2-1 C Fruit (ie: blueberries, mango, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
1-2 T Seeds or Nuts (ie: walnuts, flax, hemp, brazil-nuts) (ground)
Water (to fill blender)
Blend. Enjoy!

Veggie Drink or Soup
3 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
2 Celery
Water (to fill blender)
2 Dates pitted (Optional)
Spices to taste (Optional)
Cut up ingredients and blend. Enjoy!

Cucumber Pasta
1 Cucumber (spiralized)
1 Tomato (chopped)
Spices (to taste – optional)
1 T Raisins (optional)
1 t Nutritional Yeast (optional)
Spiralize cucumber onto plate. Chop tomato and put on top of pasta. Sprinkle spices, raisins, and nutritional yeast on top. Enjoy! :)

Citrus Garden Salad
3-6 C Baby Greens (Romaine, Spinach, Arugula, etc.)
1/2-1 Citrus Fruit (Orange, Lemon, or Lime)
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds (Optional)
Place greens on dish. Sprinkle on hemp seeds. Squeeze citrus on top. Enjoy!

Treat
2 Dates
1 Walnut (shelled)
Cut Dates open on one side lengthwise and remove the pits.
Cut Walnut in half and insert into Dates. Enjoy!
